Any
MyBookie gambler who knowingly provides false or inaccurate
sports betting and
casino wagering account information or attempts in any way to defraud
MyBookie will result in cancellation of your
MyBookie sports book and
casino account. All balances will be held by
MyBookie.
- MyBookie reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager placed by a gambler prior to acceptance. Any wager made on MyBookie without adequate funds in a gamblers MyBookie sports book and casino account will be voided. MyBookie cannot be held responsible for any typing or human error when posting odds, lines or pointspreads other than those intended.
- MyBookie reserves the right to limit or refuse any sportsbook or casino wager from “wiseguys”, “scalpers”, “beards”, “middlers” and or, any gambler other than casual recreational gamblers.
- The minimum MyBookie wager is $25 via call Center. To find out what the maximum MyBookie wager on sportsbook is, contact the MyBookie call center or the MyBookie live chat customer support. The minimum MyBookie wager via the internet is $5. The maximum MyBookie wager is $2000 at the MyBookie website. The maximum sportsbook contest, proposition or future wager is $500.
- MyBookie requires gamblers placing wagers on sportsbooks and at the virtual casino to identify themselves by MyBookie Personal Identification Number (PIN #) and password before obtaining odds, placing wagers or verifying account balances.
- MyBookie requires gamblers to verify their sportsbetting and casino account balances on each call or to log into their MyBookie sports book and casino account located at MyBookie. When a MyBookie gambler verifies and accepts their sportsbook wagering account balance, that gambler agrees that all previous transactions are correct. All disputes and claims with MyBookie must be settled prior to placing wagers. All disputes and claims must be addressed with MyBookie by a gambler within 7 (seven) days from the date of wager. MyBookie digitally records and archives all gamblers’ wagers. These recordings and archived records will be used only to resolve discrepancies gamblers have with MyBookie. MyBookie Recordings and archived records shall serve as the final determination of any dispute and all wagers adjusted accordingly.

- MyBookie Call Center Gamblers
When placing wagers through the MyBookie call center, once the MyBookie customer service rep reads back a gamblers wager, that read back is final. The MyBookie ticket writer will read back the gamblers wager. If the read back or sports bet confirmation is correct, the MyBookie gambler must re-confirm wagers by stating their MyBookie PIN number thus making wagers final.
If a MyBookie gambler confirms a read back where the ticket writer made a mistake, the sportsbook wager is final. It is the responsibility of the MyBookie gambler to correct any errors during the MyBookie ticket reader read back.
In the event a MyBookie gambler does not hear the MyBookie ticket readers read back due to technical difficulties (disconnections, etc.) it is the MyBookie gamblers responsibility to call MyBookie at 1-800-213-3370 immediately to confirm wager or the wager will be entered as understood by the ticket writer. In a case of a discrepancy with MyBookie, the archived recording of said transaction will determine the wager type and wager amount placed on MyBookie by the gambler.
- MyBookie Internet Gamblers
MyBookie Internet gamblers will confirm their sports book wager by entering their sports book and casino wagering account password. All MyBookie sportsbook wagers are final. If a MyBookie Internet gambler confirms a wager that he/she did not intend to make, the MyBookie Internet gambler must immediately call the MyBookie wagering department at 1-800-213-3370 and the wager will be deleted at the line manager's discretion only. MyBookie cannot and will not be held liable for MyBookie Internet gamblers mistakes.
It is the MyBookie gamblers responsibility to check their MyBookie sports betting and casino wagering account for pending wagers immediately after placing wagers on the MyBookie web site to ensure the gambler confirmed the ager. If the MyBookie wager is not in the gamblers pending bets file then the MyBookie gambler does not have a wager and forgot to confirm wager by entering password. The MyBookie gambler must re-enter the wager and confirm with password to have a valid wager on MyBookie.
- MyBookie reserves the right to add, delete or change the MyBookie house wagering rules or payoff odds.
- Nevada Gaming Commission rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
- Anyone under 18 years of age is not allowed to place wagers on MyBookie. Minors placing wagers on MyBookie is strictly prohibited.
- All MyBookie listed sports betting sporting events must be played on the date listed on MyBookie location as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any sports betting event postponed, rescheduled or moved to another location will automatically constitute "No Action" by MyBookie.
